Terms and conditions for using Holoware products and services

Service Agreement

By purchasing Holoware products or using our services, you agree to these terms. These terms govern your relationship with Holoware Technologies Pvt Ltd and apply to all products, services, and support provided.

Acceptance of Terms:

• Terms apply to all customers and users
• Continued use constitutes acceptance
• Terms may be updated with notice
• Specific product terms may apply

Product Terms

Orders and Delivery:

• All orders subject to availability and acceptance
• Prices valid at time of order confirmation
• Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees
• Risk of loss transfers upon delivery

Payment Terms:

• Payment required before shipment (unless credit approved)
• All prices in Indian Rupees (INR)
• GST and applicable taxes additional
• Late payment charges may apply

Warranty and Support

Warranty Coverage:

• 3-year standard warranty on complete systems
• Component warranties as per manufacturer terms
• Warranty void if damaged by misuse or modification
• Right to repair does not void warranty

Support Services:

• Technical support during business hours
• Remote diagnostics and troubleshooting
• On-site service in supported locations
• Support terms subject to separate agreement

Limitations and Liability

Limitation of Liability:

• Liability limited to product purchase price
• No liability for indirect or consequential damages
• Customer responsible for data backup
• Force majeure events excluded

User Responsibilities:

• Proper use according to specifications
• Regular maintenance and updates
• Compliance with applicable laws
• Accurate information in orders

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
